First Date

I had my "first date" with the bathroom floor on Wednesday night. It was not a pleasant experience.

Since then, I have been very nauseated and extremely achy from the Neulasta shot. Things that shouldn't be able to hurt, do! Think teeth, hair, skin, etc. Pretty much everything hurts!

I am also starting to get mouth sores, one of the side reactions that I really dreaded. That's why I haven't written lately.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be better and I will write then.

  2. I ordered that bone pain fairy to take a long vacation and leave you alone, but that obviously was ignored (must be a teenager). I'm so sorry to hear of the unpleasant effects, and continue to keep you in my prayers. You amaze me with your ability to keep your sense of humor as you write. Thanks for keeping us up to date.

  3. We're all rooting for ya Verna . . . With all these WF teachers staying tuned-in, that is quite a POWERFUL force. Take EVERYTHING you need from us, we are made of some tough stuff . . . The same stuff it takes to combat 25 kids who have SPRING FEVER. (You know what that's like!) Rain is good luck as you've heard and it pretty much rained all day . . . That's for you!
